How is this different from Deep Tissue Therapy?
While Deep Tissue Therapy focuses primarily on general muscle relaxation, releasing knot tension, and surface-level soreness through continuous pressure, Sports Therapy is an active, dynamic rehabilitation session. It includes functional assessments and targeted clinical techniques designed to improve joint mobility, correct postural imbalances, and rehabilitate injuries.

Who is this for?
Athletes, active individuals, or anyone dealing with persistent movement limitations, muscle imbalances, or injury recovery.

Techniques used in this session:

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF): Advanced stretching to reset muscle tone and expand range of motion.

Soft Tissue Release (STR): Precise, localized pressure during active stretch to release deep restrictions.

Muscle Energy Techniques (MET): Active client contractions used to lengthen tight muscles and mobilize joints.

I have been going to David for several months now. Whenever I get a problem I go straight to him, as I know he will definitely find the route of the cause. I was in severe pain before I went to him with my neck.....after the first session and he did another amazing job. What a skill you have. You should be so proud of yourself. I’m so grateful I found David. I’ve dealt with chronic pain in my upper and lower back, shoulders, and jaw from bruxism for years.

His deep tissue massages have made a huge difference, especially the session focused on my jaw. I used to hear clicking sounds every time I opened my mouth, and after just one treatment, the clicking was gone.
